If a client requests cancellation before any professional time or resources have been allocated, a refund of the Service Fee may be issued, subject to any administrative costs already incurred.

After Services Commence

Services are deemed to have commenced once professional time or resources have been allocated, including document review, guidance preparation, draft creation, form assistance, or service coordination.

Once Services have commenced, Service Fees generally reflect work performed and are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Third-Party Fees

Refunds do not apply to fees charged by government authorities or third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • Embassy or consular fees
  • Visa application centre (VAC) fees
  • Biometric charges
  • Courier or document handling fees
  • Medical examination or insurance fees
  • Translation, notarisation, or certification costs

Service Outcomes
